What It Covers.
- Peeling
Detachment of the coating from the substrate, including intercoat adhesion failure, occurring despite correct surface preparation, cleaning, and application according to specifications. Excludes failures due to substrate moisture, water seepage, structural movement or incompatible substrates.
- Cracking
Formation of cracks or breaks in the coating film wide enough to expose the underlying surface, where such cracks are not caused by movement, settlement, or cracking of the substrate, plaster, or structure.
- Discolouration
