1 . Eligibility for Promotional Rates

To enjoy the 10% promotional discount, the following conditions must be fulfilled for each sales transaction:

• The Buyer shall exclusively appoint Kast Construction Sdn. Bhd. (a subsidiary of Suzuka Group) as the sole contractor for both supply and application services.
• A minimum order quantity of 200 square feet (sqft) of wall application per transaction is required to qualify for the promotional pricing.
• The promotional price applies only to a standard wall height of up to 10 feet. Additional charges shall apply for walls exceeding this height or ceiling application.

2 . Location Coverage

This promotional offer is valid for projects located within Selangor and Kuala Lumpur only. Additional surcharges shall apply for outstation projects and will be quoted separately prior to confirmation.

3 . Payment Terms

100% payment is required upon order confirmation and prior to the commencement of any works. No supply or application works shall commence until full payment has been received by Kast Construction Sdn. Bhd.

4 . Changes to Terms & Conditions

Kast Construction Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version shall be made available upon request or via the Company’s official communication channels.

5 . Cancellation & Refund Policy

All confirmed orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Any request for amendments after order confirmation shall be subject to the sole discretion of Kast Construction Sdn. Bhd. and may incur additional charges.

6 . Limitation of Liability

Kast Construction Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from or in connection with the performance of its services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable laws.

7 . Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held responsible for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or labour disputes.

8 . Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

9 . Exclusions

Unless expressly stated in writing, the following works and services are excluded from the scope of this promotional offer:

• Skimming of walls or surfaces
• Scaffolding works
• Plastering of walls or surfaces
• Sealing of walls or surfaces

Should any of the above services be required, they will be quoted separately and shall be subject to additional charges.

10 . Site Readiness and Rescheduling Fees

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the site is fully prepared, accessible, and ready for installation on the scheduled installation date. In the event the site is not ready on the agreed installation date, a rescheduling surcharge shall apply. The new installation date will be subject to availability at the discretion of Kast Construction Sdn. Bhd.
